Since 1984, Wild Plumbing has grown to become one of the largest Plumbing contractors in Victoria, we have the experience and resources to undertake any plumbing project.

We employ over eighty committed staff including highly experienced Project Managers, Site Managers and Tradesman. Our highly skilled staff combined with modern plant and equipment enable us to mobilise quickly and service all types of projects in all regions throughout Australia

Training

Wild Plumbing’s commitment to the on-going training of employees ensures we keep pace with industry innovation. We operate in an ever-changing commercial environment and rapidly embrace new technologies as they become available.

Our comprehensive in-house training covers areas such as skid steer loaders, excavators, working at heights, confined spaces and new processes and procedures. Product manufacturers regularly provide training in the installation and use of new materials.

The number of Wild Plumbing’s long-serving employees is reflective of a high level of staff retention, and we are always looking for long term staff with appropriate skill levels to join our progressive organisation. Over the years Wild Plumbing have trained countless apprentices, closely monitoring their progress and performance and are proud to again this year have the largest intake of apprentices within the State.
