Training and Development
Advancing in industry is easy when you harness the passion, drive and enthusiasm of a talented team. At Wild Company we encourage further training and development of all our employees wishing to increase their skills, expertise and efficiency, allowing progression within the company.
We run comprehensive in-house training and external training courses on a regular basis covering areas such as skid steer loaders, excavators, works at heights, confined space and new processes and procedures. Product manufacturers regularly provide training in the installation and use of new materials.
With a strong belief in the fostering of new industry talent, we offer our apprentice the opportunity to take on the challenges of the construction industry in a safe and experience rich environment.
